应避免吸气温度过高或过低

压缩机吸气温度是指从压缩机吸气截止阀前面的温度计读出的制冷剂温度。为了保证压缩机的安全运转,防止产生液击现象,要求吸气温度比蒸发温度高一点,即应具有一定的过热度。过热度的大小可通过调节膨胀阀开启度来实现。
The suction temperature of the compressor refers to the refrigerant temperature read out from the thermometer in front of the suction stop valve of the compressor. In order to ensure the safe operation of the compressor and prevent liquid hammer, the suction temperature is required to be higher than the evaporation temperature, that is, it should have a certain degree of superheat. The superheat can be realized by adjusting the opening of expansion valve.
应避免吸气温度过高或过低。吸气温度过高,即过热度过大,将导致压缩机排气温度升高。吸气温度过低,则说明制冷剂在蒸发器中蒸发不完全,既降低了蒸发器换热效率,湿蒸汽的吸入又会形成压缩机液击。吸气温度正常情况下应比蒸发温度高 5~10℃

If the suction temperature is too low, it means that the refrigerant does not evaporate completely in the evaporator, which not only reduces the heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator, but also causes the liquid hammer of the compressor. Under normal conditions, the suction temperature should be 5 ~ 10 ℃ higher than the evaporation temperature
