Vacuum pump installation guide
1、泵应安装在地面结实坚固的场所，周围应留有充分的余地，便于检查、维护、保养。
1. The pump should be installed in a solid place on the ground, and there should be enough space around it to facilitate inspection, maintenance and repair.
2、泵底座下应保持地基水平，底座四角处建议垫减震橡皮或用螺栓浇制安装，确保泵运转平稳，振动小。
2. Keep the foundation level under the pump base. It is recommended to pad damping rubber at the four corners of the base or use bolts for pouring and installation to ensure the smooth operation of the pump and small vibration.
3、泵与系统的连接管道应密封可靠，对小泵可采用金属管路连接密封垫采用耐油橡胶，对小泵可采用真空胶管连接，管道管径不得小于泵吸气口径，且要求管路短而少弯头。（焊接管路时应清除管道中焊渣，严禁焊渣进入泵腔。）
3. The connecting pipe between the pump and the system shall be sealed reliably. For small pumps, metal pipe can be used to connect, oil resistant rubber can be used as the sealing gasket, and vacuum rubber pipe can be used for small pumps. The pipe diameter shall not be less than the suction diameter of the pump, and the pipe shall be short with few elbows. (the welding slag in the pipeline shall be removed when welding the pipeline, and it is strictly forbidden to enter the pump cavity.)
4、在连接管路中，用户可在泵进气口上方安装阀门及真空计，随时可检查泵的极限压力。
4. In the connecting pipeline, the user can install a valve and a vacuum gauge above the air inlet of the pump to check the limit pressure of the pump at any time.
5、按电动机标牌规定连接电源，并接地线和安装合适规格的熔断器及热继电器。
5. Connect the power supply according to the motor label, and install the grounding wire and fuse and thermal relay with appropriate specifications.
