momentum transfer pump.

Variable volume vacuum pump is a kind of vacuum pump which uses the
periodic change of pump cavity volume to complete suction and exhaust in
order to achieve the purpose of pumping. The gas is compressed before
it is discharged from the pump chamber.

Momentum transfer pump (molecular vacuum pump) relies on high-speed
rotating blades or high-speed jet to transfer momentum to gas or gas
molecules, so that the gas is continuously transferred from the inlet to

变容真空泵又分为:往复式,旋转式(旋片式、滑阀式、液环式、罗茨式、螺旋式、爪形转子式),其它型式。
