Classification of vacuum pump
按真空泵的工作原理，真空泵基本上可以分为两种类型，即变容真空泵和动量传输泵。
According to the working principle of vacuum pump, vacuum pump can be basically divided into two types, namely variable volume vacuum pump and momentum transfer pump.
变容真空泵是利用泵腔容积的周期变化来完成吸气和排气以达到抽气目的的真空泵。气体在排出泵腔前被压缩。
Variable volume vacuum pump is a kind of vacuum pump which uses the periodic change of pump cavity volume to complete suction and exhaust in order to achieve the purpose of pumping. The gas is compressed before it is discharged from the pump chamber.
动量传输泵（分子真空泵）依靠高速旋转的叶片或高速射流，把动量传输给气体或气体分子，使气体连续不断地从泵的入口传输到出口。（单独段介绍）
Momentum transfer pump (molecular vacuum pump) relies on high-speed rotating blades or high-speed jet to transfer momentum to gas or gas molecules, so that the gas is continuously transferred from the inlet to the outlet of the pump. (Introduction in a separate paragraph)
变容真空泵又分为：往复式，旋转式（旋片式、滑阀式、液环式、罗茨式、螺旋式、爪形转子式），其它型式。
Variable volume vacuum pump is divided into: reciprocating, rotary (rotary, slide valve, liquid ring, roots, screw, claw rotor), other types.
