1、重视加脂技术

往滚动轴承里加点润滑脂看起来很简单，但事实上除了选用合适牌号的脂外，至少还应注意一般填入轴承内的脂只占1/3~2/3就行．另外要注意清洁问题，因为润滑脂是极易被污染的材料，因此一定要保证清洁，否则被污染的脂加进去可能会产生润滑事故。

一般润滑脂对转速为3万r/min以上的滚动轴承就难以胜任了。抗剪切性极佳的超高速轴承脂，应能在l8万r/min的超高速下运转。

3、润滑脂的耐温性

一般钙基脂的耐温性能很差，因为它们的滴点为100℃左右，而使用温度仅为60℃以下。耐高温性较好的锂基脂的滴点在180℃以上(实际使用温度也高达l20℃)。例如上海柴油机厂热处理车间几台并式热处理炉顶搅拌风叶电机轴承，由于长期在180℃的高温下运转，轴承内脂流失严重，即使改用MoS2锂基脂也未能消除脂流失问题。

For example, in the heat treatment workshop of Shanghai Diesel Engine Factory, the grease loss in the bearings of several parallel heat treatment furnace top agitating fan motor is serious due to long-term operation at 180 ℃ high temperature. Even if MoS2 lithium grease is used, the grease loss problem can not be eliminated.
