离心压缩机向管网中输送气体时,如果气体流量和排除压力都相当稳定,表明压缩机和管网 的性能协调,处于稳定操作状态。

离心压缩机的稳定工作点一定是压缩机特性曲线2与管网特性曲线1的交点。

压缩机与管网联合工作时,应尽置运行在最高效率工况点附近,在实际运行中,为满足对输送气流的流置或压力增减的需要,就必需设法改变压缩机的运行工况点。
When the compressor and the pipe network work together, it should be placed near the highest efficiency operating point. In actual operation, in order to meet the needs of the flow of the conveying air or the increase or decrease of the pressure, it is necessary to try to change the operating point of the compressor.
压缩机的调节一般有两种:一是等压调节,即在压缩机排气压力不变的前提下调节流量,另一种是等流量调节,即在保证流置不变的情况下调节压缩机排气压力。前者应用更为普遍。
There are generally two kinds of compressor regulation: one is equal pressure regulation, that is, regulating the flow under the premise of constant compressor discharge pressure, the other is equal flow regulation, that is, regulating the compressor discharge pressure under the condition of constant flow.
